So yeah, not posted here in a while, things have going as normal for me really, enjoying work (despite being called crazy for it, and tolerating a grumpy, racist/homophobic near retirement age boss).
Yeah, anyway, it's much better than my last job (Fucking supermarkets. -_-), where they sent me off to do shit with barely any training, and the manager developed suspiciously convenient selective deafness when I told him exactly (and very reasonably, I feel) why I couldn't work more more hours. That and nobody tried to be friendly with me.
Yes, I know what you about to say; 'But, Gladdy, why didn't you make the first move and be friendly...?'
You wanna know why?
I'm actually fairly shy and prefer to keep to myself (and lazy), and not one for random small talk, more of a listener really.....

As most of you know, I'm goin' out with some buddies from my jujutsu class, and have not yet found my bloody costume. Seems like I'm gonna haveta rent one, and not be able to make the alterations I would like to do for this version of the character. Insane coverage fees = ARGH D:
Oh well, 'least I'll be able to get moderately blitzed.
And next Tuesday I'm gonna trapse around taking photo's with two of my co-workers. Funfun~

Also, on another note, it seems the application I sent off all those months ago, did not get through at all, and the faculty, being properly apologetic offered to send me a paper application. Now hopefully I can get a place with what little time is left, because Mum didn't seem to happy when I said if I didn't succeed this year, I would try again next year.
I really, really want to do something involving photography, even if I'm not likely to make it big, not matter how those daydreams appeal.
So I'm not gonna give up, not like those last times.

Anywho, reading over them (and trauling the 'net) should help in getting my essay writing up to snuff, and, hopefully, in the future my creative writing, ie story writing.

Anywho, went out on Friday with my Jujutsu club, first to Espresso Mondo, then onto The Citrus Club with Alicia, Helen and Julie. Helen and Julie don't go to the club, they were invited by Alicia, but they where nice, and great fun, even if Helen was pretty quiet, though Julie was the opposite! :P
They didn't seem to mind my out the left field comments either, like the one I made, where I compared the ceiling and light-cover colours to watermelons. ^^;;;
And I was quite surprised I was able to dance for as long as I did! Couldn't have done that before JJ. So yay for JJ!! :D It also seems I like 'cheesy' 80's music, and how can I not? It's practically made for dancing (semi-)drunkenly too!! XD
And John (who showed up later) was nice enough to walk me down to Princes Street so I could meander my way to my bus-stop in safety. :)
Got home with no problems, but annoyed Dad in getting home so late.
Seriously, you can never please that man. Sigh.
